FAQ

How can I order the tickets I am looking for?
Ordering ticket is easy. We have a step-by-step guide to ordering right here.

Are the tickets I want still available?
If the ticket is still available for ordering on our web site then the ticket is still available for you.

Can I cancel my order because I cannot make it to the race?
No. After you have confirmed the order online, we accept neither cancellation nor reimbursement.

I want to receive the tickets at another location, is that possible?
You can always change the delivery address until about 2-4 weeks prior to the race. Please note it is your responsibility to notify us in advance of a change in delivery address.

I will be travelling prior to the race. Can I pick up the tickets at the gate?
In most cases this is not possible. Notify us of your plans and we will assist you in making arrangements to deliver your tickets at your address abroad (hotel, family).

I will be moving house within the next months and do not yet know my new delivery address, can I leave the field blank?
No, just fill out your current address until you know your new address.

Do I need to be at home or sign for the tickets?
Yes. UPS delivers during office hours. Someone, not necessarily you, needs to sign for the tickets. It is maybe a good idea to use your office address as delivery address, since someone is bound to be available to sign for the tickets.

How much is the delivery cost?
We charge a flat fee for delivery and administration per order: Euro 25. Check our delivery information page for more details.

Is my credit card charged immediately?
At the moment you enter our payment interface we will ask your credit card company/bank for authorisation of the amount. This means we have reserved the amount. After 5 days, if the order is confirmed we will charge the amount. This all means you must have enough credit on your card at the moment of ordering.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card, Paypal, Maestro and bank transfer. Please read our payment options page for all the details.

Why do you charge a handling fee?
In order to cover our cost and to be able to offer you great service we need to apply a small percentage to the ticket price.

Why is there a difference in the face value of the ticket and what I paid for it?
Depending on the source we buy the tickets from there is always a margin included. This margin normally covers handling, shipping and profit margins of third parties. We therefore need to incorporate those in the net price we charge you. The cost we make is covered by the handling fee.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

When will the tickets be delivered?
Tickets for Formula 1 Grand Prix races are almost always available around 2-3 weeks prior to the event. This means we will be able to ship the tickets to you around 7-10 days prior to the race. If this interferes with your travel plans please contact us to make alternate arrangements.

Delivery times
We ship all our tickets with UPS. Next day delivery is assured for most parts of the UK and Western Europe. For the Channel Islands the rest of Europe and the US/Canada it takes two working days. All other destinations take between 3-5 working days. These times are indications and no rights can be reserved on the basis of this.

Tracking of your tickets

As soon as the shipment is prepared you will receive an email by UPS with the airwaybill number. With this number you can track the package from the UPS website. A link is also included in the notification email.

Delivery cost
We use a flat fee for delivery. All orders have a Euro 25 shipping and administration fee. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online payment
F1 Ticket Shop accepts the following online payment methods: credit card, Paypal, Maestro.

We currently accept the following credit cards:
- VISA card
- Mastercard
- Diners Card
- American Express

Using your credit card / Maestro or Paypal account is easy. In the payment selection screen you select the payment option of your preference. The billing address should be the address where you receive your (credit card) statement. After you have checked your order you will be taken to the payment interface. This interface is hosted by Ogone and there you will need to enter the required details to complete your payment. All necessary informaiton is explained in the Ogone screen.

We us a secure server for all payments so the chance of (credit card) fraud is minimised. For further information on security and privacy please read our Security and Privacy section below.

Offline payment
If you do not own a credit card or if you would rather not use it online we do also offer the possibility of payment by bank transfer. Just complete your order and select the bank transfer option in the payment selection screen. We will then send you payment instructions by email. From the moment you send in your order we will reserve your tickets for 8 (business) days. Failure to transfer the amount to our account in that time frame will result in the order being cancelled without notice.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Security Policy
The Ticket Enterprise is using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) on all websites. As soon as you are redirected to our payment service, our SSL software encrypts all your personal information including credit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. To make sure your connection is secure, please check the bottom of your browser for a closed lock.

Email Privacy Policy
The Ticket Enterprise bv will only send emails to those who requested information for this event on our website or as part of an ongoing relationship we have with an individual or business. Receivers of our communications have the right to change their details and/or preferences at all times. If you would like to change your personal details, please send an email to f1shop@gpticketservice.com. With each communication you will have the opportunity to opt out (unsubscribe) of future updates by clicking on an unsubscribe link or by following unsubscribe instructions within the communication. Requests submitted through one of these methods are processed and effective within the next 24 hours.
